Having won numerous National Pool & Spa awards, as well as more localized awards including People’s Choice at the Parade of Homes and multiple “Best of Helotes” awards, Pool Concepts by Pete Ordaz Inc. is the #1 award-winning swimming pool company in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We have amassed a total of 42 regional awards rewarded by the nationally-recognized Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). The Region 3 Design Awards distinguishes exceptional designs and craftsmanship in the installation of pools and spas in a competition that highlights original work from Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. Pool Concepts is one of over 2000 pool builders in Region 3 representing the South-Central US, and in our most recent participation, was one of only two pool companies in San Antonio and surrounding areas to receive an award.

In addition to being awarded the industry’s highest honor, “Best of Show,” Pool Concepts also won 3 Gold Awards, 5 Silver Awards, 5 Bronze Awards and 7 Awards of Merit. Awarded categories include Residential Freeform Pools under 450 sq. ft., Natural Setting/Material under $75,000, Pools over 601 sq. ft. with a Vanishing Edge, Pools 600 sq. ft. or less with a Vanishing Edge, Freeform Pools Under $75,000, Freeform Pools 451 sq. ft. to 750 sq. ft., and the highly-touted category of Technical Engineering Achievement. Moreover, Pool Concepts by Pete Ordaz, Inc. is the only company in APSP history to have ever swept an entire category in one given year, meriting Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in the prestigious category of Residential Concrete Pools over 601 sq. ft. with a Vanishing Edge.
